I started practicing yoga in 2010. I was looking for a way to feel more grounded and balanced in my life and yoga was the answer!  With a steady practice yoga has supported me through the many ups and downs of life. Yoga gave me the tools to find ease in my mind and my body.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and every body.  In my classes we embrace our wobbles and our perfectly imperfect selves as we move, breath and maybe even laugh a little.  My goal is that you leave feeling better than when you arrived by finding a little more ease and a little more space.
