Pre/Postnatal is back! This time we are offering this class as a 6 week workshop. Join Ashley every Friday evening to get your yoga on and join our mama community.
Staying active and flexible are critical components of a healthy pregnancy. Prenatal yoga utilizes postures to increase strength and mobility throughout pregnancy, leading to less aches and pains, a more manageable delivery and faster recovery. Asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques are covered in each class.
We also invite new mamas and babies to come reap the benefits of this healing practice following their pregnancy. (Babies 6 weeks - 6 months welcome)

We offer a variety of classes ranging from gentle beginner to high-intensity, all of which include options for modifications to fit all levels of students.
We currently offer 45+ classes seven days a week, as early as 5 am and as late as 7:30 pm. We are excited to be adding additional classes very soon!
We want the gift of yoga to be accessible to everybody, and thus a price structure that fits all. And because we love to see your smiling faces, all membership options feature unlimited yoga!
