The foundational class we offer is designed to be mild and slower-paced, featuring gentle movements, transitions, and stretches. It is ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a more accessible style of yoga.
Introduction to Vinyasa Flow with a focus on continuous movement at a lower intensity. Ideal for students seeking gentle, steady movement along with a comprehensive stretching routine.
Combination class featuring Power Yoga with longer holds and Vinyasa flow emphasizing continuous movement. The class includes seamless transitions between postures and a comprehensive stretching sequence, all while prioritizing breath awareness. Modifications are consistently offered throughout the session.
A Power Vinyasa class with a higher intensity focused on both strengthening and lengthening. Opportunities for advanced postures will be offered, as well as modifications to ensure accessibility for everyone. Prepare to work up a sweat!
This class caters to students experiencing mobility challenges associated with age or injury. If the idea of moving to and from the ground feels daunting, this class is ideal for you. It offers all the advantages of yoga in a more accessible format compared to traditional classes. Many common postures and sun salutations will be practiced with the assistance of a chair and a supportive instructor.
This class emphasizes poses designed to encourage relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. Restorative poses aid in alleviating the impacts of chronic stress, including the weakness and fatigue that can result from our fast-paced lifestyles. Participants will engage in a series of gentle, supported poses held for extended periods, often utilizing various props to enhance relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels.
Our Yin yoga class focuses on deep connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints, through a slow and largely still, meditative practice. By holding poses for longer durations than in styles such as vinyasa, Yin yoga stretches and lengthens infrequently used tissues, helping you learn to breathe through discomfort and stay present with your thoughts. Yin yoga adheres to three key principles: find your edge, remain still, and hold the pose for a specified time.
