Krista Watson
Hello Old Town Yoga friends! My name is Krista, and I am so excited to share my passion for yoga with you all. Yoga has been a part of my life for the last 18 years and I started teaching 6 years ago. I am so grateful to have discovered this practice. It has given me the gift of stillness and finding comfort in the “pause”. It has also allowed me to approach life with a much more open mind and open heart. I look forward to practicing the pairing of movement with breath as we come together on our mats.
