Prenatal Workshop - 6 Week

Pre/Postnatal is back! This time we are offering this class as a 6 week workshop. Join Ashley every Friday evening to get your yoga on and join our mama community. Staying active and flexible are critical components of a healthy pregnancy. Prenatal yoga utilizes postures to increase strength and mobility throughout pregnancy, leading to less aches and pains, a more manageable delivery and faster recovery. Asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques are covered in each class. We also invite new mamas and babies to come reap the benefits of this healing practice following their pregnancy. (Babies 6 weeks - 6 months welcome)

The dates are as follows: March 29, April 5, April 12, April 19, April 26, May 3

Yoga Flexibility Workshop

In this class, we will primarily focus on stretching our lower body and releasing deep tension stored within the legs, hips and back. Join instructor, Brittany Kitchen, as she leads you through carefully articulated transitions, opening postures, and mindful breathe work specifically designed to warm the body into an optimal stretching mode allowed for safe exploration of deeper postures. You will play with four of Brittany's favorite flexibility focused vinyasa sequences and their variations/modifications. This class is friendly towards all levels. Come ready to lengthen and release tension!

We offer a variety of classes ranging from gentle beginner to high-intensity, all of which include options for modifications to fit all levels of students.

CLASS SCHEDULE

We currently offer 45+ classes seven days a week, as early as 5 am and as late as 7:30 pm.  We are excited to be adding additional classes very soon!

PRICES

We want the gift of yoga to be accessible to everybody, and thus a price structure that fits all.  And because we love to see your smiling faces, all membership options feature unlimited yoga!
