Prenatal Workshop - 6 Week

Pre/Postnatal is back! This time we are offering this class as a 6 week workshop. Join Ashley every Friday evening to get your yoga on and join our mama community. Staying active and flexible are critical components of a healthy pregnancy. Prenatal yoga utilizes postures to increase strength and mobility throughout pregnancy, leading to less aches and pains, a more manageable delivery and faster recovery. Asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques are covered in each class. We also invite new mamas and babies to come reap the benefits of this healing practice following their pregnancy. (Babies 6 weeks - 6 months welcome)

The dates are as follows: May 10, May 17, May 24, May 31, June 7, June 14

Mamaste: Mother’s Day Yoga

Join Erin as she leads you on a fun filled, 1 hour all levels yoga class designed to celebrate all the Mamas! This class will focus on relaxation, mindful movement, and centering yourself. Pamper yourself or the mama in your life with the gift of restoration and community. There will also be light snacks and refreshments available after class! Mother's, Daughter's, or Granddaughter's ages 5 and older are invited to attend this pop up class. (Each person attending needs to enroll/purchase.)

Breaking the Cycle: A Workshop for Emotional Well-Being

Join Linda Hurst for Breaking the Cycle: A Workshop for Emotional Well-Being. Breaking the Cycle is a fresh, research-supported, mind-body approach to well-being. This workshop will offer specific breath work to soothe your mind, therapeutic Yoga Asanas to balance to your body, Ayurvedic nutrition to repair your system, and meditation to find that elusive contentment. Linda received her Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda training at the Mount Madonna Institute in Watsonville, CA. All levels and abilities are welcome. No experience is necessary.

We offer a variety of classes ranging from gentle beginner to high-intensity, all of which include options for modifications to fit all levels of students.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Between both of our studio locations, we currently offer 55+ classes seven days a week, as early as 5am and as late as 7:30pm.  

PRICES

We want the gift of yoga to be accessible to everybody, and thus a price structure that fits all.  And because we love to see your smiling faces, all membership options feature unlimited yoga!
