Amanda Goad
Hi! I’m Amanda—a newly minted Doctor of Physical Therapy and yoga teacher with a deep passion for healing through movement. And truly, it all started with yoga.
I began practicing in 2018 through Old Town Yoga Online, before ever stepping into a studio. Once I finally did, something clicked—and the rest is history. Yoga started to shift my life: my back pain eased, my anxiety quieted, and I began building a more loving, compassionate relationship with my body.
That transformation inspired me to go deeper, leading me to complete Yoga Teacher Training right here at Old Town Yoga. Over time, my practice evolved, and so did my desire to help others heal—eventually guiding me to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Now, life has come full circle. I’m honored to share both my yoga practice and PT knowledge with students in the very place where it all began. My classes combine mindful movement, functional anatomy, and a whole lot of heart—so you can move better, feel better, and reconnect with yourself.
