Plank is one of the most frequently practiced Yoga poses, yet obstacles can get in the way of our practice and progress. Do we take it out or do we reframe our approach?
Linda's workshop focuses on healthy mobility, alignment, and strengthening using a wide array of props (including light resistance bands) to develop understanding and proprioception. We will explore deeper concepts, such as tensegrity, and find the perfect plank for our unique needs.
